I am not sure if you have ever overdone a workout before, but oh my goodness. I ran the rock and roll half marathon yesterday with some good friends. This was not my first half, but when I woke up this morning I could barely get out of bed. I do not remember it being this painful before!!! As the day has progressed, it is more and more painful to get up and done out of a chair or off the couch, or to climb stairs.
Maybe I am getting to old for this stuff. My legs are so sore, but at least I have (or had) my arms.....
I got my immunizations for this trip to Haiti. As I hobbled into the Dallas County health department today, I did not realize that a couple hours later that the Typhoid shot in my right arm would hurt so bad that I would not be able to MOVE my arm. And to think Amy wants me to go for a run tonight.....I am not quite sure that is going to happen.
